  The Users section now manages each user's notification channels instead of
  a single ntfy topic. Press t on a user to open the channel menu: a adds a
  channel as type:address (for example ntfy:my-topic) and r removes one by its
  ID. The user list gains a Channels column showing each user's channels, and
  the wording around the escalation fallback no longer assumes ntfy.

  Turning a channel on or off, and sending a test notification, stay in the
  web UI's Account page. Only the owner is shown a channel's address; for
  other users the TUI shows type and enabled state.

  Requires terdut-server v0.46.0 or later. Against an older server the
  channel calls answer 404 and the Users section cannot edit channels; use
  v0.13.x with servers from v0.20 up to v0.45. v0.46.0 removed the old
  PUT /api/users/{id}/notify, so this client no longer calls it. Nothing is
  deployed by this release and nothing in it is irreversible.
