Pin the demo to terdut-server v0.51.0

Same reason as 03df2bd: the kind demo shows the current web UI, which now
draws boolean alert metrics as an on/off timeline. The demo has no
Prometheus and sets no allowedHosts, so that stays off here; v0.50.0's
migration 003 runs on the demo's fresh database at startup.
