Cosmetic: make helm-package passes --version and --app-version from the tag, so these two fields decide nothing about what gets published. Kept in step anyway, the same as0ee576f(0.32.0) and949d659(0.31.0) before it, so a tree heading for v0.33.0 does not read as still being on 0.32.0.
